Nonprofits
EIA matches executives to high-caliber nonprofit organizations that have been thoroughly vetted by EIA staff. These nonprofits exhibit a demonstrated capacity to provide executives with quality service projects and the support required to deliver meaningful results.
What types of organizations qualify?
EIA offers service grants to tax-exempt entities such as 501(c)(3) public charities, schools, private foundations, government entities, and the like.
Partner agencies must meet all of the following criteria:
- The agency has submitted a formal application for partnership through the EIA Portal
- EIA staff have reviewed the application and approved the agency for partnership.
- The agency has staff in place. (EIA is not equipped to support all-volunteer organizations or start-ups.)
- The agency agrees to provide an effective on-boarding process for executives and the ongoing support necessary to meet the goals of the projects.
- The agency must agree to assign a project sponsor who can spend one-on-one time with the executive sufficient to allow the project to proceed expeditiously. Project should not displace responsibilities from current staff.
